Maryland Care and Early Education Centre is a Long Day Care Centre which is a not for profit Centre with funding from the Department of Family and Community Services. Daily fees make up the difference in funding costs. Fees are charged on a fortnightly cycle.
YOUR DAILY FEE INCLUDES:
·Up to 10.25 Hours of Professional Care for your child
·Nappies (if required)
·Bibs
·Morning Tea
·Lunch
·Afternoon Tea
·Drinks (note: all children must provide a water bottle)
·Sunscreen
·Equipment Levy
·Performance Levy
**You may also be required to pay a security deposit upon enrolment. Please speak to the Director or staff for details.
**The centre currently charges a small Parent/Carer Volunteering Levy. This levy is currently on a trial basis only and is reimbursed when a parent or family member volunteers to help out in any way at the centre - even for a minimum of 1 hour. This can be as simple as volunteering to help in your child's room, assisting the management committee, or helping with a working bee or maintenance. Please speak to the Director or staff for details.
PAYMENT METHODS
NO CASH is to be paid to the centre as a matter of security.
CHEQUE/MONEY ORDER
Payment by Cheque or Money Order is accepted. Place your payment in the wall safe located in the foyer. Ensure you write your child’s name on the back of the cheque.
INTERNET BANKING
Please use the account details that have been provided below to utilise internet banking.
DIRECT DEBIT
Your payment of fees can be automatically deducted from your bank/building society/credit union weekly or fortnightly. All you need to do is approach your financial institution once, and request a Direct Debit Form. Complete the form with the following information and submit back to your financial institution:

CHILDCARE BENEFIT
Parents are required to contact the Family Assistance Office (136 150) to register for Child Care Benefit PRIOR to your child starting their enrolment at this Centre. The Centre will then be notified of the level of assistance you are eligible for.

The CCB does not cover the total amount of the daily fee, you will need to cover the gap. This will be shown on your account statement.
